Job Detail
You will be responsible for various HR and accounting tasks across different industries, including implementation, maintenance, outsourcing, and more, according to your skills.

You will work directly with clients, primarily those using Workday, and take a front-line role. The specific phase of work may vary depending on the client's situation.

Tasks include:
  • Approval flow configuration changes
  • Report development and modification
  • Research, proposal, setup, and enhancement of new features
  • Analysis of current and new business processes, Fit/Gap analysis
  • Support for RFP creation and system selection
  • Planning for system implementation, solution/vendor selection support
  • Workday implementation and project management support (PMO)
  • Advisory for Workday system
  • Handling client inquiries and troubleshooting
  • Client meetings and coordination

Desired Skills and Backgrounds
  • Basic knowledge of IT and HR/accounting processes.
  • Experience in business process reengineering (BPR) and process improvement.
  • Ability to engage with users, provide suggestions, and take proactive actions.
  • Desire to leverage experience in PMO/system implementation.
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey complex messages and requirements accurately and succinctly.
  • Proficiency in addressing issues and solving problems with facts, data, and logical efficiency.
  • Ability to handle contradictory requirements and work towards resolutions from multiple angles within tight timelines.
  • Responsible and committed to seeing tasks through to completion.
  • Empathetic and capable of considering things from others' perspectives.
Working Time and Hours
Weekdays only, but flexible for part-time or side jobs.
Holiday and Off
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays off (completely two-day weekends) or adjusted according to the client's needs.
